These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the niceph platform. By registering an account or using any niceph service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and niceph ("niceph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the niceph online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the niceph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by niceph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

niceph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: niceph is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.
One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one niceph account. If niceph determines that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided, and niceph reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated through duplicate accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your niceph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
niceph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from niceph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to niceph support immediately.
You agree to notify niceph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. niceph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from niceph's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
niceph employs 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP-based two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud detection systems to protect your account. However, no security system is infallible, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk.
All financial transactions on the niceph Platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). niceph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your niceph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the originating bank. niceph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. niceph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the niceph cashier page and may be updated from time to time. niceph reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
All funds held in your niceph account are held in trust for you and are segregated from niceph's operational funds. niceph does not pay interest on account balances.
niceph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All games available on the niceph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and are subject to the rules published by those suppliers. niceph publishes game-specific rules within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
niceph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios and are subject to real-time monitoring. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, niceph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account. niceph's decision on technical disputes is final.
Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the niceph Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail for sports betting matters.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the niceph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the niceph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of niceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the niceph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of niceph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, niceph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niceph account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
niceph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if niceph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
niceph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
niceph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the niceph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
niceph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
niceph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, niceph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
niceph may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if niceph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
You may close your niceph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause shall limit niceph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
